Lewis Smith Lake draws many people every year to its unique beauty and recreational value. With the continued development on Smith Lake,it is becoming increasingly difficult to find areas of the lake that allow camping or short term recreational usage. It is an upscale resort community that allows the RV population the opportunity to own property on Smith Lake. You will have access and usage of the many amenities, such as salt water pools, a club house, a community pavilion with with a majestic waterfall in the background, community boat slips, a concrete boat launch, and a 100 yard boardwalk that meanders along a beautiful bluff overlooking the pristine waters of Smith Lake.
There are multiple sitting areas along the boardwalk where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the serenity of the surrounding area of smith lake RV resort. The many features of this waterfront resort will soothe your soul and refresh your mind. The lots have upgrades like outbuildings, decks, landscaping, RV cabins, etc. There is an association fee that provides maintenance and expansion of all the community’s amenities.
If you have been considering the purchase of property on Smith Lake, This is a very economical opportunity to obtain a vacation home on the lake, but you could even live here full time if you wish.
